PRINTING POLICY
At Protech Kit Zone, we strive to make your personalization experience as memorable and satisfying as possible. However, due to the nature of heat-press and transfer printing, certain risks and imperfections may arise during the process, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
⚠️ Personalization Disclaimer:
By selecting our personalization services (e.g. player namesets, custom name/number, sponsor logos, patches), you are deemed to have accepted all potential risks associated with the printing process.
Protech Kit Zone will not be held responsible for dissatisfaction arising from the final print result. These risks include but are not limited to:
- Perceived misalignment of namesets, patches, or sponsor logos
- Perceived cracks, creases, or uneven application of printed elements
- Perceived color discrepancies between product images and the actual printed outcome
- Slight positioning variances due to shirt design or material limitations
🛑 Strictly NO refunds, exchanges, or returns will be allowed for printed shirts, regardless of whether:
- It is a custom name/number or a player name/number
- The player is transferred or changes squad number after printing
Squad numbers are accurate at the time of printing. We assume no responsibility for future changes in player transfers or number updates.
Nameset / Patches / Sponsor Warranty Policy
We offer a limited warranty for standalone purchases of namesets, patches, and sponsor logos before printing under the following conditions:
✅ Warranty Coverage:
- Valid within 7 days from the date of purchase (walk-in customers)
- For shipped orders, valid within 7 days from the delivery date (based on official tracking record)
❌ Warranty Exclusions:
- Warranty is void once the item has been printed, applied, or used in any personalization process
- Protech Kit Zone will not be liable for any damage that occurs during or after the printing process, regardless of whether the service was performed by us or a third party
